Key Aims of AID UK |
- To raise awareness and educate the south Asia community and other key stakeholders about the key issues affecting people in the BIMARU poverty belt and to promote Indian grassroots perspectives on development education.
- To network, liaise with and carry out joint activities with community based, statutory and private sector organisations and associations.
- To enable the South Asian community to make more explicit links with India as a mother country and contribute to its overall development.
- To validate the existing contributions and further develop the capacity of the South Asian to the development education movement in India.
